Production is handled by local artisans, and we oversee quality control before delivery. Most projects take 6–10 weeks from brief to final product.

Yes. Our consultancy covers interior styling, product line development, and visual identity for home decor brands. If your project needs a cohesive look across cushions, wall art, and showroom layout, we can handle that as a single brief.
A full rebrand with product line usually takes 3–5 months from concept to launch. Smaller collections or single-room styling can be completed in 4–8 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the proposal stage so there are no surprises.
Whenever possible. We work with South African weavers, printers, and fabric suppliers to keep production ethical and reduce lead times. For specific client requests, we can source internationally, but local materials are our default.

All custom textile design and interior styling consultations are limited to the specific project brief agreed upon in writing. Any additional services, including on-site revisions or extended colour matching, must be confirmed via a separate addendum. ThePrintedPillow does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes — such as increased foot traffic or sales — unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.
All original patterns, fabric designs, and mood boards remain the intellectual property of ThePrintedPillow until full payment is received. Upon settlement, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the intended project only. Reproduction, resale, or adaptation of any design for a different property or brand requires separate written permission. Third-party supplier samples (e.g., from weavers or printers) are subject to their respective terms.
Sample turnaround is estimated at 10–15 business days from brief approval, depending on artisan availability and material sourcing. Production lead times for custom textile runs start after sample sign-off and vary by order volume — typically 4–6 weeks for small batches (under 50 units) and 8–12 weeks for larger runs. ThePrintedPillow is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our partner mills and print studios, slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern repeat are inherent and considered part of the product’s character. Digital mock-ups and physical samples are provided as approximations; final production pieces may differ marginally. ThePrintedPillow will communicate any significant deviations before production begins.
Custom-designed goods are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is identified within 7 days of delivery. Two rounds of minor revisions are included in the design fee; additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate. Styling consultations include a single follow-up session (up to 60 minutes) to address implementation questions — further on-site or virtual support must be booked separately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from a project or consultation will first be addressed through mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated. ThePrintedPillow reserves the right to update these clarifications at any time; the version in effect at the date of agreement will apply.
